My personal estimation is 15 new characters from DBZ and 10-15 new characters taken from DB, Super and GT.

The translations from @desu are correct but personally, I don't give so much credit to this information. While the event seems to be official I'd say that the presentation was made for someone there, not directly form Bandai/Namco. Hence the poor visuals taken from different sources instead of official game images and the dubious information written.

Sounds like we're getting an Aoki version of Cha-La Head-Cha-La, probably as the game's theme song? Kinda wish we'd go back to having new ones.

I did make a post about this last month and I did state that if that was going to be the main theme for Xenoverse 2 that nobody should be surprised.

Because the PR is probably handled by amateurs. I mean, seriously, the game will be released in two months and we've only seen gameplay for 5 characters.

I wouldn't mind all the cutscenes being 2D, but that would mean no custom characters in them (which was awkward enough before).

The gentleman behind the counter said they'd probably only get a handful, so I could also go to the GameStop that's in the mall (very nearby) that no one goes to. So, I'll probably play it safe and get it in the mall. I can't get it digitally because I'm going to use a GS gift card on it. And besides that, I couldn't trade it in or return it if it was buggy or not worth it (not that I'm expecting that).
