What do you guys think of that?
I like the theory, tbh.

...Even though that was almost certainly not the reason why Goku hadn't aged past his prime in the GT epilogue.
Dragon Wukong wrote: Mon Nov 09, 2020 6:58 pm There is some indication in the manga that Elder Kai may still be officially a Supreme Kai. His death is considered significant somewhat in the backstory for Future Trunks before the FT arc began, and seems to be hinted as possibly part of why Beerus died.
Beerus was killed in Trunks' timeline because Dabura killed Shin. Elder Kai hadn't even been released from the Z Sword.
Elder Kai wasn't released but he was killed when the sword was stoned, shattered and vapourised.
We know stoned people come back to life after you kill Dabra, and you are freed when the sword is broken so it must be the entire sword being disintegrated while stoned that killed him.

Elder Kai dies before shin so what the other guy is saying is I think that the events of the future timeline don't disprove the fan assumption idea that you have to kill all living Kaioshins to kill Beerus, as opposed to just killing shin.

In other words if you killed shin elder Kai would become the new Kaioshin and Beerus wouldn't die.

This presumably happened before Beerus didn't die when grand Kaioshin died (who presumably was the one he was linked to, why would he be linked to the newest and weakest, and if Beerus is older then shin then presumably he used to be linked to someone else) only after they all died.

It'd be unintentionally genius if Beerus hid someone in the line of succession away somewhere that isn't common knowledge and they don't age much faster if all.

Toyorato avoids having to address this accidentally or on purpose by killing elder Kaioshin And Kibito before shin. So the theory is never proven or debunked.

I'm sure it's a lot of people's "time of the month"... Jokes aside, your image seems to be broken.

Really? I can see it through your spoiler thingy too.

Anyway, it was CJ's "ah shit, here we go again" meme.

I didn't change the link when I spoilered it, so if it worked for you initially it should work there too. For me it shows a broken image in both cases.
But yes, the chapter releases Saturday next week (Friday for most of us here because of timezones), so since the drafts are released approximately one week before that, they should show up before too long... along with everything they'll "cause", for lack of a better term.

Pretty cool, nice to see Whis showing his dominance. Merus was not even close to his level after all

Whis stopping moros attack with a single finger is hilarious, Whis is still on another level. Also I'm assuming the grand priest calling all GoDs to zenos is obviously going to lead into the next arc. Will it be the "angel arc" ppl have been predicting since forever now? I'm still a little skeptical.

Also vegeta is getting involved again as pretty much anyone expected but seeing the draft pages cut off as he attacks has me nervous he'sjust there to get smacked around again. Probably another "clever" cliffhanger like last chapter where moro attacks goku and it backfires. Especially since whis already gave goku advice on how to win against moro that doesn't involve vegeta or spirit fission. Maybe I'm being too pessimistic but I doubt it.

I'm ready to see Vegeta do what needs to be done.

Just let Vegeta do the thing. I don't care who kills Moro. Just make sure he doesn't get the chance to pull another ultimate phase so we can end this arc. Moro doesn't need another form, this should be his final stage.

I wonder if the manga will continue onto to its own thing, doesn't really feel like Toriyama has much of a hand in this anymore.

I wonder what Beerus was going to do if he wasn't interrupted.

We got an interview last month that showed Toriyama still being in charge.

Both he and Goku will be getting smacked around for the majority of the chapter, so don't expect anything major from either until near the end.

Official: The arc will conclude in next month's chapter 67.

Personally, I think Moro will be defeated in this month's chapter, while next month's will deal with whatever's going on with Beerus, Whis, & the Gran priest.

While it seems likely given the pace of events and word on this being the climax, absolutely nothing of the sort is said. Please be careful with uncontextualized claims like this.

I got it from DBShype. "Officially Confirmed! Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc will be ending in CH.67 which will be released in December!"

IF the arc ends in December then I'm confident there will be something about the anime at Jump Fiesta. I mean...

I don't think it's a coincidence that the only arc missing from the anime would end RIGHT WHEN there is a major shonen convention where they usually announce new animated shows.
At his core Zamasu is good like Shin, though I guess you could say he was so fastidious that it backfired. But you know, for this "Future Trunks Arc" you had to depict Zamasu and Trunks' inner conflict, right? If this was back when I was drawing the manga myself then I doubt if I could have done it. I mean, I'm not very good at depicting the characters' psychology on the page. So this all came together because now I only have to think up the story. [...] On my own, I doubt I would have been able to express Zamasu's fall to the dark side.
