The chances of seeing that level of detail+ fluid animation+ consisten high budget for every episode done by the top animators would only be possible if the anime were handed to another studio....
.....like Dream Works or Warner Bros.
On a series note, I agree witht the fact that they should stick to the respective art style of each part of the manga. I really like the art in the saiyan saga. I think this was when Toriyama was at his best.
I don't like this "blocky" style much and the color palette is a bit to much on the bright side.
Also I whish they'd stop using grey highlights for black hair.
