Been a fan since around 1997, so about 13 years. I just turned 27, so it's a bit less than half my life (though talking about anime in general, I've been a fan for 14 years, over half my life). I still feel young :D

Started watching the show somewhat in 1996 or 1997, but didn't really become a fan until September 1999 when DragonBall Z came back on Toonami after what looks like a year and 4 month hiatus according to the episode listing on Wikipedia (between episodes 67 {dub #53} and 68 {dub #54}).

Started watching when I was 4 or 5, became a fan at 7, and now I'm 18. I will have been a fan of the series for 11 years in September, so that's a little over half my life. I don't feel old, though it's quite weird to me to know I'm 18 now....

I'm not so much a "Dragon Ball fan" so much as I am an anime fan overall, but I've been watching since I first saw DBZ syndicated in the afternoons. I'm not sure when that was, but I'm 26 now. To be sure, I've been aware of DB and been watching parts of it for quite a while.

He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

I've been a fan of the franchise for 15 years so that's about 2/3 of my life since I'm now 23. I never really thought about how much of my life I've been a fan, that's kind of neat.

Well I became a fan when I was about 7 or 8 so I'm 14 so that's 7 or 6 years of my life dedicated to Dragon Ball. I find it pretty cool that I was able to do this. Some kids grow out of their favorite shows but I think Dragon Ball is a show that I will never grow out of. So in a sense of comparing it to other people in my school, yes I feel old but compared to you guys I feel like I'm just a beginner to the series.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Eleven years and counting now man- eleven beautiful years. May 1999 is the first mention of Dragonball I was able to find in my journals, and by that point I'd already been watching for a little while.

There are a lot of things that make me feel old, and some of them are related to Dragonball (my first chars turning ten last year for example- that was a big one), but actually just having liked the show this long really doesn't. It's just a part of my life now.

10-11 years? Took a hiatus beginning in late 2005, returned mid-2009.
