Hatchyack would have no trouble defeating Broly,even in the movie 10.

There's no concrete evidence to back that up. Goku only comments that Hatchyhakku's power "might be even greater than Burorii's", which indicates that even though Goku feels that Hatchyhakku is stronger than Burorii, it isn't by a large amount. Considering that "A Plot to Eradicate the Saiya-jin" can only take place after movie 8, but still prior to the Cell Games (since Gohan is unable to transform into an Ssj2), that means that it takes place before movie 10. Furthermore, since we know that movie 10's Burorii is stronger than movie 8's Burorii (though some people will disagree with this, since it doesn't really make sense for him to get a Zenkai), that leaves it ambiguous as to where Hatchyhakku stands in comparison to movie 10's Burorii. He might be stronger than him, weaker than him, or the same strength as him, since we don't have the facts necessary to determine that.
