I believe they are referring to the excessive out lining. I'm pretty sure they are aware this is an anime. A cartoonish look, is a figure of speech.

Can someone upload the part 3 trailer to youtube or megaupload ?

I'm pretty sure everyone gets that notice. Well, I got the notice on top of the player and I can still watched the video.

Since no one seems to be willing to upload it to youtube, I asked FUNi on their twitter if they'd upload it to youtube themselves. Even if FUNimation's youtube channel is region restricted, once it hits youtube, it will be uploaded multiple times. Hopefully some one will upload it before FUNi gets around to it though. Since they still don't even have the part 2 trailer up yet.

Going by the 150 estimate, there'll probably be around a dozen sets for the entire show.

... Last time I checked, there were a lot more than 12 different colours?

Yeah, I don't have a program to rip it from FUNi's site too but If the video is on YouTube even if FUNi is the uploader and they use region restriction, I can still rip it.

Well realistically speaking, what colors could they use for the covers? Maybe red, yellow, purple, and pink for Buu. Other colors would be variations of these.

Making a copy of something that isn't yours to begin with isn't really anything to worry about.

Not that I'm defending the cover, although I like it AND this would be the wrong saga, but go look at the scene when Piccolo fuses with Kami. His fingers have the same weird over spacing between his fingers.
