Sweet cover! I know that people will find some reason to hate it, but I've been liking the cover art so far. This one continues the trend for me.

Why must they continue to use TECHRAWK for the commercials? A piece from Yamamoto's score would suit it better. People might start expecting the Faulconer score with a commercial like that.

Also, they should have emphasized the new Freeza by giving him a line or two, maybe the "VERMIN!" bit. Or are they trying to avoid reminding longtime fans they made changes in the cast?

Well, at least the cover doesn't look entirely retarded, like the last one. And this is probably the first volume of the series I'll be getting.

I didn't really like the first Kai set cover, but now that there's more than one out, it's kinda established it's own style. One that's not too shabby actually.

Certainly better than neon orange. Or neon piss-green.

They didn't call this one Season 2 Part 1 but it's part 3. I think they count the entire Saiya-Jin, Namek, and Freeza arcs as season one, I think it's the same as how the Japanese count the seasons in Kai home release.

Hey man, it takes a lot to get me to bitch about a cover. Piccolo's fingernails are one of the most defining features on him, and it doesn't help when he's shoving his hand at you and they aren't there. He might as well be headbutting me with no antennae.
