Favorite/Hated characters in DB/Z/GT

I don't really find any Dragonball characters annoying, it's mainly GT characters that I dislike.

Pan (her GT depiction), Gil, Zoonama, Para Para Brothers, Doll Tocky, Sugoro, Mecha Cannon Sigma, most of the Shadow Dragons...

I could list so many.

It's not that I don't like dubs or anything, but every single one of those characters is made worse by an annoying voice. Especially Pan and Gil.

Hated: Gohan, Goten, Present Trunks, Vegetto, Freeza, Buu, Whis, GT Pan

Why you hate on Goten!? He's the GOAT.

I hate him very much. Most likely for the same reason why I hate Gohan. Goku's children have very failed personalies and they are lack of honor, but posses unusually big power. Being Goku's sons it's a shame what they have become as adults. Gohan could be a more genial martial artist due to his IQ, and Goten could be even stronger than Mystic Gohan if he would train instead of hitting on girls.

As for reasoning:

Goku: I love him just because he has an incredible instinct to make the best possible decisions, although he isn't typically smart. If he has, he fights, is he hasn't he is able go away. And he allways has an optimistic point of view.

Piccolo: I like him for his wisdom and relaxing personality.

Vegeta: I like his evolution as a character, and it's very believable.

Cell: The best villain ever created, strong but relatively smart and relaxed.

Beerus: I like his personality as a whole.

Future Trunks: I like his power of will to change his destiny! And he definitely has a goal.

The most hated are Gohan, and Goten, they were mentioned why.

As for Present Trunks: I don't like his behaviors.

Vegetto: A cocky bastard. I don't like him for some reason.

Freeza: The worst villain ever created. Unusual big power, but inability to make a good decision.

Buu: A failed super-villain just because he is fool, even being Mystic Buu(Gohan absorbed).

Whis: I don't like him because he's too mysterious, and being the strongest, he should know much more about the universe.

GT Pan: She is third of the most hated, for the same reason like Gohan and Goten.

Other characters are neutral to me.

Fans seem to ignore the face that half-saiyans generally don't enjoy fighting as much as full saiyans do.

I don't think it's that they really don't like fighting so much that they want to have actual lives. All Gokuu and Vegeta literally do is eat, train and sleep.

I find Goten adorable, and in a way he's like a kid Goku done right. Actually being a kid helps somewhat. For Pure Boo, while I don't like the stretch of the story he's in, I find him very entertaining. His chaotic behaviour, bizarre fighting style and his manner when he blows up Earth all stick out to me. I also think his design is pretty good, even among the forms of Boo. Gotenks-Boo will always be my favourite design among them, though. Oh, my favourite list might also be a bit too inclusive.

I don't hate Freeza, I said that in the past but it's become apparent to me that I don't hate any fictional characters. Hate was just too strong a word.

I posted my thoughts way back when the thread was originally created, but I figured a list wouldn't hurt, which I didn't make.

Favorites: Son Goku, Kuririn, Lunch, General Blue, Uranai Baba's Ghost, Tenshinhan, Butta, Majin Buu, Gotenks. For anime-originals, I'd go with Coola, Naise, Janemba, and Giru from GT. All either had great development within the story or did fluctuating levels of cool things.

Least Favorites: Son Gohan, Raditz, Vegeta, Dodoria, and Zarbon for manga characters; Baby and Gogeta for the anime. All are either incredibly boring or frustratingly annoying. Man, most of the things related to the Saiyans... it all takes itself so seriously and feels the most un-DB-like.

I don't dislike Bulma. I'm ambivalent towards her (hence why I said "to an extent"), and I was just naming a bunch of characters that grind my gears with the dishonorable mentions.

Pleas stop with senseless bashing of DBZ. I know some people who prefer DB and dislike DBZ. But seriously dude. It's to another level with you no offence. Your name is "ThatDBZGUY" and yet all you do is bash the damn series. DB isn't flawless and neither is it's two "Sequels". I will like to tell you that DB and DBZ are one. You can't have one without excluding the other. Since they're the SAME manga in the series. So please I'm begging you to stop bashing on DBZ on a DRAGONBALL website publicly or keep it to yourself. Seems like every post you make is to bash the series. Makes me quite sad to see this on a DRAGONBALL website.
