It's the same VAs. The Kai version is the best in terms of script, and some have gotten even better in their roles, but a lot of the new voices are worse.

When i say DB i usually refer to the whole franchise. Even when my country broadcasted Dbz, they would still just call it Dragon Ball. And sometimes, Dragon Balls

The reason i find the Speedy dub worse than Big Green dub, is that atleast the Big Green Dub actors can speak fluent english.

English may not be the Big Green actors' native language, but comparing it to the Sppedy dub should be a crime.
At least, the Big Green dub is understandable.

That has to do more with the sound director rather than with the actors themselves.

I mean that the main cast is the same. Of course there are some new voices too (same as Funimation Kai dub). It's not like the Mexican dub which replaced almost all the original voices.

Yes, the entire dub is like that.

Unknown but they were released on VCD. I have Movies 1, 3 - 10 and 12. Still looking for 2, 11 and 13.

I just looked up full videos on it and even did a little research. I feel so bad for Malaysia.

No, it seems that uploader cut the ending/recap.
IIRC only the most brutal killings were censored (King Piccolo, Cargo) but there were just secondsI don't know if you manage to have 15 minutes from whole show. It wasn't also shy about death and hell.

Actually, being from Russian/Ukraine/Soviet Union descent, it's actually quite common to overdub something. For example, they'd take a Spanish novella and get one male voice over guy and one female voice over girl and that was it. You'd hear the original voices in the background and the guy would do all the male voices and female would do all the female voices. I'm guessing the Polish dub is like that.

In Polish there's one speaker.

And please don't call it dubbing, because for goddess sake we did and do do legitimate cartoon dubs we doesn't have to be ashamed of. It's just that DBZ was aired on one of the first privately owned TV channels that cut every corner it could find so we ended with that version.

He's totally doing his own scene regardless of what's going on, he sure won't break his voice!

Could it be that he didn't see what was going on in the picture? (we never know in what kind of conditions they dubbed/translated materials)
Because any mid-school pupil would put more will to be in-character and more accuracy than that!

Really, if you haven't, check it out, you'll be more than surprised by Vegeta's... involvement I guess? Priceless!
