He can't speak as a frog. That's why he's trapped in the first place.

Also, if you go by the manga, are we sure he's even still alive by then?

While we're at it... would his being a Namekian frog have had him sent to new Namek with the Namekians? :P. Not that I think so, but...

Yeah... and Ginyu swapping bodies with Bulma in the anime sooo gives us a reason to make Bulma a playable character in some game somewhere. :P

Or, at the very least, making her an alternate skin for Ginyu.

I've never understood why Ginyu never got a Goku/scouter alternate skin in any of the games... It seems like a rather obvious one.

Well, in UB22 and the Sparking! games, he has his body change technique... *doesn't know about Budokai1-3*.
Though, if upon taking someone else's body his victim got a scouter, that would be... well... pretty cool... I guess... *imagines Vegetto with a scouter* ... And he will be called Vegerot.

[edit] A thought: Maybe Saulza was Ginyu's original form! And after Ginyu took his body, he made the body he was stuck with Stronger, but since Ginyu had taken it, he wouldn't have known that there was someone stronger than him besides Freeza...?[/edit]

I meant an alternate costume, not a real body swap.

He always gets stuck with a blue armor (sparking) or a kame school gi (Budokai) even though a Goku with scouter skin would work much better and shouldn't be hard to add.

The Budokai 2nd costume comes from when they imagined what would happen if Goku got stuck in Ginyu's body, and it's kind of neat, but it really doesn't fit with Ginyu's moves and quotes.

It's actually very hard to add. Whenever anyone has ever tried to give Ginyu an alternate costume of being Goku with a scouter, a giant Tori-bot has stormed the studio, and killed the production team.

Cool idea :P that would mean that Sauza has a strong fighting spirit, going beyond his natural limits and making the best of a bad situation.
It's all GOOD

The background information on the characters also included their battle powers. Sauzer’s battle power is 170,000, Neiz’s is 163,000, and Dore is 185,000. Coola’s battle power was given in an issue of V-Jump; in his normal form it’s 140,000,000 and after transforming it is 470,000,000.
This kinda contradicted because Goku being SSJ is at 150,000,000 and yet he defeated Coola...

I'll just pretend that the 140 million is his 5th form from Movie 5, and the 470 million is Metal Cooler in Movie 6. Although that second one is still WAY too high for my tastes. :P

Kame-sennin does say at the start of DBZ movie 5 that Goku has gotten even stronger since he returned from Planet Namek.

To the point where Goku is above Coola as a SSJ? Coola being 450,000,000 is way too high. In my opinion anyway.

Agreed, but if Goku's base form is above 9 million, then his SSJ form would be greater than Coola's final form.

Personally I always pegged 5th Form Coola as being at most 250 Million.

Plus he most definitely received a Zenkai which means more power.

This kinda of information should really be in a online guide, maybe on kanzentai.

It's a pity that there's no info on Slug and he's henchmen... also more info on Freeza's Army would be quite nice.

Although, wasn't there some info on Bojack & Friends?

Goku didn't actually beat Cooler... he blasted him into the sun.
Which would be an interesting ringout effect in a game. *looks for it*

Apparently their race is called the Race of Herra or something. Daizenshuu 7 lists the Race of Herra in their list of anime-only races, but doesn't explain the name. The Japanese Wikipedia page for DBZ movie 9 says that it's the name of the race Bojack and co. belong to. I wonder if this is something mentioned in the animation comic for DBZ movie 9?

Necro-post or not, I would have had to revive this thread anyway, since today I just got the Akira Toriyama-The World anime special book. This is the book made to go along with the Toei anime festival where DBZ movie 3 premiered, as well as several other anime adaptations of Toriyama one-shots, such as Pink. The books has a section on the characters in DBZ movie 3, and it has all of the background information on Tullece's henchmen that was on Japanese Wikipedia, and even a bit more information that wasn't. So all that stuff is now finally confirmed as being official. So here's the updated original post and Tullece and co.:
Here’s the background information on Tullece and his henchmen. This is was all orginally taken from the Japanese Wikipedia entry for DBZ movie 3., but I've expanded it with a some more information from the Akira Toriyama-The World anime special book. The only bit of information only found on Japanese Wikipedia is that Kakao was built on Planet Ikonda to fight an interstellar war.

Unfortunately there’s not much information on Tullece himself, but it does say that the reason he’s so strong is that he keeps eating the fruit of the Shinseiju (that is, Earth isn’t the first place he planted one, and the other times were successful). I think this actually got said at some point in the movie, but I could be wrong.

Amond was originally an atrocious criminal who rampaged throughout the entire galaxy, but was then was arrested and imprisoned by the Galactic Police, in a prison on Planet Nutts. But when Tullece attacked Planet Nutts, he freed Amond and let him into his group.

Daiz was the prince of the Pukinpa Dynasty on the Planet Kabocha, and led his kingdom’s army in an attack against Tullece. He fought so bravely against Tullece that Tullece let him become one of his men.

Kakao used to be a galactic lone-wolf bounty hunter. However, before even that he was originally a Battle Cyborg built on the planet Ikonda to fight in an interstellar war. He volunteered to join Tullece's group in order to strengthen his cyborg body, which is made from a special metal that makes him immune to ordinary attacks.

Lezun and Rakasei were revived by Tullece from the fossils of the long extinct Beenz people using extract from the Shinseiju. Their species is (well, was) extremely intelligent, and the two of them built Tullece and co.’s spaceship and the rest of their cool stuff.
