I... I... I... I still can't fathom that this is actually happening. Tears of pure joy are running down my face.

They did say the title could change for the English version. I assume it makes perfect sense grammatically in Japanese.GarrettCRW wrote:They seriously need to call this show Super Dragon Ball (Z or no Z at the end) instead of Dragon Ball Super, if only because the bad grammar makes me want to punch something.
The first credited key animator for XenoVerse was Hoshino Mamoru. Hoshino is the guy Toei Animation now has to quickly scribble out cuts for their shows every week because they're so behind schedule.Cold Skin wrote:Xenoverse was the first time I was disappointed by the animation. I think it's an exception.Doctor. wrote:I'm sure it won't be as bad, but if the animation is comparable to XV's cutscenes and Heroes trailers...
Not even the worst shots of the crossover got to me, sometimes I just noticed them, but it didn't really get to me.
But with Xenoverse, it looked so cheap that I really think it was the one exception!
You should take the Super as separated, as in edition.GarrettCRW wrote:They seriously need to call this show Super Dragon Ball (Z or no Z at the end) instead of Dragon Ball Super, if only because the bad grammar makes me want to punch something.
Like I already said, Uchiyama Masayuki is deceased. Ebisawa Yukio no longer appears to do much in the way of animation. If anyone from Studio Live helps out on this series it will be Kan'no Toshiyuki, who has worked closely with Yamamuro Tadayoshi on other recent Dragon Ball works.Vice wrote:Don't know.Doctor. wrote:

It's set to take its time slot.Dyno wrote:If my math is correct (that would be fucking amazing), we should be getting Dragon Ball Super just after the ending of Dragon Ball Kai. Of course, I counted every Sundays, probably there will be one Sunday that it won't have a Dragon Ball Kai episode.
Does Keisuke Masunaga and Studio Cockpit still work on Dragon Ball?JulieYBM wrote:Like I already said, Uchiyama Masayuki is deceased. If it makes a bunch of money, I can Toei going for as long as Toriyama wants to go at the very least.JulieYBM wrote:I expect the series to be four or eight cours. I can't see it being any less or more with how modern Toei Animation series seem to be.
Just the pure fact that DBS is set after the Majin Boo arc, pretty much retcons GT out of existence.SilverPlaqueVII wrote:Whoa! Since I was busy with other matters, I am definitely looking forward to this! The DBS could put GT away for good.

Who knows. Hopefully, it is set after those movies.Tennessaiyan wrote:So, think the series will take place after BoG and FnF?
