Piccolo complete is when in supersonic warriors he combined with Piccolo Daimao. He was equal with Super Boo. Though he said he couldn't destroy him. Gotenks can though. So they may have a minor difference in power between them.

Piccolo. Far more experienced, far more skilled. Plus, Gotenks has a time limit.

Well Piccolo did get a lot stronger from merging with God. God had a measly power level compared to piccolo. I see where you stand but being full of shit is not an excuse to decide a victor. Gotenks is slightly more powerful though.

Actually Gotenks is a little stronger since he could destroy Boo while Piccolo couldn't. Though Piccolo is stated to be even with Super Boo, so they can't be too far apart.

If Piccolo got such enormous power boosts from his prior two Fusions, there's no reason for him not to get a likewise huge one from a third.

He didn't really get that much stronger if he was already able to rival 20 prior to the merger. I think he'd become twice as strong at the most.

So merging with Daimao shouldn't make him strong enough to fight on any Boo's level. I'm just discounting the power level SSW has for him. A "Complete" Piccolo wouldn't be anywhere near that powerful, and would lose.

Although really he'd lose the fight even with SSW's bullshit power because he's got absolutely nothing on Gotenks.

It's dragonball. It never makes sense entirely. I put it in the same category as Zenkai. They are even more unrealistic to Piccolo and just seem to give power ups to whatever the plot wants.

Yeah, that's a good way to put it. Piccolo's mergers are his equivalent to the Saiyans' healing boosts. They manage to make him just as powerful as he needs to be.

Against someone who has a hundred times more power in reserve to pull out at a whim by transforming, and against someone whose stamina never runs out? Yeah, admittedly.

But against someone who likes to waste time with goofy attacks and needless showboating while his power flushes itself away completely over a mere five minutes? Yeah, Piccolo's gonna win that one. He's too smart and skilled NOT to.

Since neither of those things have every actually helped him, I'm going to say no. He couldn't destroy Boo, yet Gotenks could reduce him to smoke. Gotenks would just vaporize him.
