Could this mean there will be another Broly movie or a possible DBRB3 special? SSj3 Vegeta's (picture? description? what?) was "True Final Flash" and SSj3 Broly's was deadliest "something".
*Sigh* They had to draw those up so they had illustrations of them.

Case in point: I can't stand the series. Now, the RB games are far from something I'd play all year, but there are very few games that I can claim that do that for me.
Umm, what did I say in my post, "I know there two different games". I was comparing them because of the customization, one game has average customization and the other has excellent customization.

Daizenshuu EX is comprised of many people with varying opinions. The place as a whole does not hold one particular view. So when you see someone saying "I hate the story mode" then later see someone say "I want a story mode", it is very likely not the same person.

And I thought that was obvious.

I don't post here very often... or at all really... but I thought I'd post how much I was caught back by Raging Blast 2. Despite what a lot (not all mind you) of people in this thread have said, I actually really enjoy Galaxy Mode, it's so refreshing that my first battle wasn't against Raditz! I've really enjoyed playing through several people's modes already, and will continue to do so over the coming days and weeks.

Also, I'm looking forward to ending the day with new Dragon Ball footage, something that hasn't happened in a long time...
Er.... No.

Thank you, to defend myself particularly I hate both modes and find them both boring tasks. Which...I think I've said.

To the people that enjoy Galaxy Mode, why exactly do you like it? I'm not being snarky but all I'm hearing is "it's different" which, yes is nice for sure. Just because someone was kicking you in the balls and is now punching you in the balls doesn't really make it a pleasurable experience. So there has to be something else right? Maybe I'm just not getting it. It's not like I don't want to enjoy Galaxy Mode. It could fully be we just have different definitions of "fun". Some people love grinding in JRPGs, I find it to be dull boring paper work. In fact Galaxy Mode itself seems to be akin to a bunch of monotonous grinding for whatever character you want to unlock.

I think its that, unlike story mode, I'm playing as characters I never normally play as, as well as seeing funny opening match dialog. Apart from that... I don't really know, it's just... fresh. Sure it's not a masterpiece of creative thinking, but after this many Dragon Ball story modes I'll take it.
Er.... No.

How the hell is RB2 not a fighting game? You pick a character. Your opponent picks a character. Those characters fight. It's a fighting game.
Give it up people are gonna say its a sim no matter what, just ignore them.

They like because they can. The reason you don't like it is the reasons they like it. Wasn't that hard was it? You can argue that every video game is grinding in some form.

Why the fuck are you offended that I'm asking why they enjoy something? It's not even criticizing them for liking it, I'm just asking for them to elaborate so I can understand better. How dare I try DISCUSSING Dragonball on a Dragonball discussion forum. Don't be an idiot.

That's not even how opinions work, people don't always like something for the exact opposite reason I dislike something. What are you even talking about?

Guys I just picked this game up yesterday because I haven't bought a DBZ game in years lol. Galaxy mode is a chore but my main issue is the learning curve of this game. I am HORRIBLE at this game and tutorial mode isn't helping much at all. Got any tips for me to get better before I get destroyed online?

Just read some reviews online and I'm finding that their opinions line up pretty much with mine(give or take a few things). I think I'm going to wait until the price drops to $30 like it did with the first Raging Blast because I still don't think it's worth $60.

If there is one thing I'm really disappointed at, it's the control scheme. The controls are all over the place and it feels like the game can't decide what it wants to be. I really want Namco-Bandai to find a new team of developers and spend a couple of years re-working everything from the ground up. When I say re-working, I mean: scrap the Sparking formula, scrap the Budokai formula and try to figure out how to make the best Dragonball fighting game out there because this isn't cutting it.

On the plus side, I like the lack of story mode. This new mode is kind of fun but I think I'm just happy they don't make you play through the Saiyan-Buu sagas again.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Interesting that the block button doesn't do a F*CK*NG thing in the middle of a melee attack.

Fail.

I know it drives me mad. Try pressing Square(or X(?) for 360) to parry. Does R1 work as a block by itself, because every time I try it on it's own it fails.

I think if a RB3 was made then don't have it come out next year and have it out by Spring 2012 maybe since it will give them more time on making the game. The main issue with these games are that they seem to always rush out around the time where people go shoping for X-Mass. I have feeling that this game is going to sell worst then the first game did, I still can't believe the first game got a sequel when BL did not (BL sold enough to become a greatest hits title for the PS3).

Son of a B.

I would have bet my life that they were going to mess up #14's moveset and thats just what they did. How hard is it to add a move into the game that was ACTUALY in the movie?

OH, I get it now!!! The block button means come freely hit me while I stand still wide open to attacks.

HELP! Does anyone know what that hidden trophy in the moddle of the trophy list is?

I've gotten the bottom 5 already, but I have no clue what that one is.

Giant Bomb did a quick look of this game. I thought it was pretty funny, but some of you might not like some of the things they get wrong.
