I have absolute no idea. North Kaio is the one that looks less stupid, from the two seen in the manga and the four from the anime, so I guess I will go with him?

I'll say King Kai for his imperfect Kaio-ken, I guess.

Kaioshin didn't want to take any chances with Super Saiyan Goku's blast, but I'm not sure how he compares to Super Saiyan Goku during the Cell Games, and we know Cell was stronger than him. Does he have a chance against Cell with his many abilities? Or is the difference too significant for Kaioshin to overcome?
I think that Kaioushin would put up a decent fight (look at his admirable performance against the even stronger Fat Boo), with his paralysis and having power on par with SS Gokuu from the Cell Games, but Cell has far greater skill, special abilities, and regeneration to boot, so he'd eventually win.
dbzfan7 wrote:Vegeta (EOZ)vs Mr. Boo
I don’t think Vegeta would’ve quite reached SS3 by this time, but I still believe that Mr. Boo is a tad stronger than SS2 Vegeta (all of them would’ve only had negligible power gains in those 10 years, since it was still just Earth training without the benefit of enhanced gravity or whatever), therefore his regeneration and even stronger durability would edge him the win.
SSJ3_Gogeta wrote:FSSJ Goku (movie 4) vs. Initial Final form Freeza
Well, since I think that Gokuu only got a x10 boost from FSS (if you want to know why, check out my movie BP list on that battle power thread), Freeza would easily blow up his prostate.
mysticboy wrote:Also, Dabura (pre-Majin power up) vs. FPSSJ Goku (Cell Games)
I'll guess that Gokuu, who has long since surpassed the gods and probably the demons too (I know that Dabra's not a Makaioushin, but it was said that the Makaioushin are weaker than the Kaioushin, so maybe that goes for the Makaious and the rest of the demons in comparison to the gods), has more dormant power than Dabra, who we don't have much backstory on anyway.

So Gokuu would win, but he may have a bit of trouble with Dabra’s magic. He’s done for if he gets hit with his spit, though.
mysticboy wrote:North Kai vs. South Kai vs. East Kai vs. West Kai
North Kaiou wins because he’s the only one confirmed to have an imperfect Kaiouken, and possibly also Genki-Dama, in his skillset.

Gokuu and Vegeta (Ginyu fight) vs. Garlic Jr. (full power, however he is mortal) and his four henchmen (Garlic Jr. saga)

Hard to say, but I know they can take out his henchmen.

Actually, there was four of them in the show.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I hardly blame you for that, it was pretty damn boring for the most parts. It had filler within filler (filler-ception).

EDIT: Garlic Jr. and his cronies are victorious.

I don't think Goku and Vegeta would be able to handle all of them.

But could he really use it? I remember it being mentioned that even a slight mistake with the Kaio-ken would backfire and be dangerous to the user.
If I am correct, an imperfect Kaio-ken wouldn't work (since it isn't controlled perfectly).

Wasn't Garlic Jr around Piccolo in power? And at that time wasn't Piccolo around second form Freeza who was far beyond Vegeta and stronger than Goku with KKx10.

Well, that sucks for Gokuu and Vegeta, but who knows, maybe they can pull through. *cough* Genki-Dama *cough*

Alright, hypothetical battle here: Goku Vs Nappa

If Karin didn't have any Senzu beans left for Goku after his return from Snakeway, how would he have done against Nappa?

At around twice Nappa's power level, Goku STILL would have kicked his ass, tired or not. If he was REALLY exhausted to the point where it heavily affected his own power, then he might have actually needed the Kaio-Ken to seal the deal.

Can the 4000 battle power for Nappa work for him before his power-up? Because the manga doesn't really portray Nappa to be that much weaker than Goku.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

If that was the case, Nappa would have "powered-up" three times in the manga. The aura that appears on him seems to be more related to that flaming arms and legs technique.

Goku treated Nappa like a baby all the time, expect for a few panels. But I guess the right answer is not to take battle powers so serious.

Fun trivia: Nappa never landed a single blow on Goku. Not once, in their entire fight. Everything he threw at Goku, even his "ultimate attack," was countered, deflected, dodged, dissolved with a kiai, etc.

I personally don't see any problem with Nappa's PL being around half of Goku's. Even when he calmed down and "did better," he was still outclassed to an embarrassing degree for the entire fight.

Gokuu would still defeat him, since running on the Serpent Road, something that isn't even related to actual fighting, can't have depleted his energy that much (especially if Kaiou was, presumably, still relatively confident that he could defeat the Saiyans - at least one of them, I guess). Maybe the only real change would be that Gokuu would have to pull out the Kaiouken earlier than usual.
