Yeah, could I get a translation of what Cell's saying here?

“This is boring…’9 days from now’ was too long…”

Super-literally this would be something like “saying ‘9 days from now’ was too long”; ie Cell is thinking he should have given a shorter time-frame before the start of the Cell Games (so ‘9 days from now’ doesn’t refer to now now, but whenever Cell announced the Cell Games). I remember Viz had Cell say 10 days instead of 9, for some reason.

Well there is an easy way to answer that. Go to viz forum and ask them the translators tend to circle the message board.

I'm surprised to see a request for a translation from the French language (from a Dragon Ball translation thread, you would expect to see only Japanese translation requests!!).
But, being French, I can help you, here goes:

"This book, being the last one in a series of seven books, is the big dictionnary of Dragon Ball.
Making the previous books about Dragon Ball already proved to be a very difficult task for the creators, but I think they've gone close to Hell for this one...
But the final result was worth it.
Although I'm the author of that series, I often forget many details, and I have to admit that in this dictionnary, I found many things I had ended up forgetting.
It would have been quite handy if I'd had this book back in the days when I was writing the story for Dragon Ball.
That's too bad, really...
As a conclusion, I'd like to thank the whole team, and of course you all fans of Dragon Ball."

Of course, maybe someone could confirm this as being what is indeed said in the Japanese version of this commentary, but in the meantime, that's what the French text here says.

Hujio was wanting me to translate the Japanese one, so I guess I might as well. The French seems pretty close though:

This Daizenshuu, the 7th and final one, is a huge Dragon Ball encyclopedia. I think the staff who make these books always have a rough time of it, but this one looked even more hellish than usual. They really did a great job. I’m ridiculously forgetful, so despite being the author there’s lots of stuff even I don’t know anymore. It was often quite a nuisance, and I think having this encyclopedia around when the series was still running would have really helped me out. Darn it all.

Anyway, my thanks to the staff, and to all Dragon Ball fans.

The Chinese edition of the Perfect Files, to be exact. It’s the Super Saiyan evolution section in Perfect File Vol.1. I translated the Japanese version here. The relevant part:

Vegeta
He transformed during his fight with Baby!! Since he cut his hair after the battle with Majin Boo, his upturned golden hair is now even more suited towards fighting!!

Son Goten & Trunks
From the same generation, the two of them are the youngest Super Saiyans!! Goten transformed when he was taken over by Baby, while Trunks transformed when infected by Baby and when batting Lood!!

Son Gohan
He transformed when fighting with Goten after Goten had been taken over by Baby!! It seems that even in times of peace, he hasn’t neglected his training. The differences in Gohan’s facial expressions before and after transforming are the most intense out of any warrior!!

Will new Super Saiyans emerge?
Pan has inherited Saiyan blood and posses high battle power!! If the conditions introduced on the right-hand page [see above] are met, Pan and even Vegeta’s daughter Bra should be able to transform into Super Saiyans!! I heard there are no plural forms in Japanese, so could Goten be saying "there are some things above Super Saiyan"?

Is Boo talking about Fusion transformation or SSj3 transformation? At first I thought SSj3, but Goku also refers to Fusion as "transforming".
