Not sure if that means anything, but we know they have possibly fought twice.

I'm pretty sure it's simply the angle of the shot that makes seeing Vegeta's shoulder straps hard to see.

On the subject of Vegeta's armor, though, I think I remember some people saying that they thought it was strange that Vegeta wasn't wearing his civilian clothes anymore, but I never really found it all that odd. After all, the only time we saw him in anything other than his armor was 1.) when he was training at home, or 2.) during the Boo arc, and the latter was only because the tournament rules prohibited it. On top of that, he mentioned that his armor is "formal wear" in the Jump special, and considering it's his wife's birthday...

At least, I think that was a discussion at one point. This thread's hard to keep up with.

Welp, this thread now has a page for every DBZ episode, so I think it's high time this movie hurried up and got released!

In fact, even the back of his Freeza arc armor looks very similar (with the exception of those straps). So either it's a different armor in BOG or just the usual anime error.

Chances are it's just a re-designed armor, and that's not that far out there. Bulma probably made him a new model again, and thus it looks slightly different.

I'm much more intrigued by the fact that the figure is wearing his Buu arc outfit, but we still haven't seen a hint of that in anything shown for this movie...

Well, in the early poster of BOG, Kuririn has his usual Boo arc hairstyle and no dots on his forehead. Perhaps that's just from another point in the story of the movie, or maybe the makers somewhat changed their mind.

I know this is highly doubtful, but I wonder after this gets released to the theaters in Japan, will they host this movie up on a site like they did for Episode of Bardock?

As popular as DB is, we should get to see the movie on internet not long after its release, IMHO.

Doubt it. There's lots of potential money to be made off this thing, both in Japan and internationally. It wasn't just a 20-30 minute thing that they did over a short time, this is an actual movie with a relatively large budget, etc.

For Kuririn, I have no doubt that they changed their minds on the design, but I dunno about that being the reason for Vegeta's swapped outfit. You'd think they'd have caught that before they started finalizing the figures.

kind of ironic they gave kuririn a new hairstyle and realised they should re-include his dots as they don't go away in real life but with Gohan they were like "This guy can turn blonde right? ah fuck it make him blonde"
