After a certain point I just realized "Meh, it's just a cartoon" and stopped caring that much. The thing that annoys me more these days are the fans acting like jackasses about certain things just because it happens to be an opinion they don't jive with.

Whenever I've read the opinion of someone who hates Cell I zone out tbh, purely because he's my favourite villain but I'm not the sort of person to start debates because I don't agree with someone, everyone has their own opinion so I've never thought to try to change their mind.

There are some questionable opinions on this forum, including my own. :silent:

I'm not overly concerned with anyone's opinion. What drives me up the wall is when people spout an opinion that relies on faulty, fallacious ,or inconsistent reasoning for it's base/foundation.

I didn't make it up. Have you been on the internet? I see a ton of people saying Bills and saying that FUNimation is wrong by calling him Beerus. So, in short, you're wrong.

The thing that brings out my irate 'fanboy' is people who hate on other people for having an opinion/favourite character/preference.

This forum is a gold mine for that, too. I've seen someone being mocked for liking Broly's green hair, and several for liking GT, or for enjoying the dubs as opposed to the original.

If you like something, great! If you dislike something that someone else likes, don't be an obnoxious tool. And if someone hates on you for what you enjoy, just ignore them; don't even humour them with a response. Just keep doing you, bros.

Whenever they try to kill your liking of something by saying you can't like it because its "not canon" as I've frequently get from GT or SSJ4 whenever I say I quite like them both.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

People who watched Z once or twice trying to tell me how wrong I am, having seeing all of the series more than twice.

People who say DBZ games are all ass. Some are, but damn.

People who say Dragon Ball have no plot.

The more I hear this the more I think these people are missing out. They only judge based on a clip or so and then think the American version is better adapted than the Japanese original.

"Goku sounds like a woman. It doesn't suit Goku, therefore, the Japanese one sucks and probably has bad acting. The English one has better voices and script"
