How old is Vegeta?

Just a thought. But since the Bardock special (where Vegeta was said to be 5 in the Daizenshuu) was made long after the manga, then Vegeta is probably (technically) the same age as Goku in the Saiyan saga. No? And Nappa not much older either.

The Barduck special was actually made sometime before the manga had reached Goku and Freeza's fight, since Toriyama saw the special and decided to include a flashback of Barduck before their battle.

With the character ages, Kame-sennin describes Goku as a baby when Grandpa Gohan found him. Meanwhile, Vegeta says that he has already surpassed his father when Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta, indicating that he was quite a bit older than a baby then. So just going by the manga, it's clear that Vegeta is several years older than Goku. With Nappa it's less clear.
