Saiyan hybrids in the stars?

Well, I gotta say... yeah, there are probably true full-blooded Saiya-jin born from other surviving Saiya-jin and hybrids like Gohan, Trunks, Goten, etc., you know? So really, there are probably some people out there more powerful than Buu ever was and some that may actually touch Goku's power.

I don't think Pan could go SSJ when we first see her. It was a major accomplishment for her to be able to fly around the world. While this tells us she is surprisingly powerful for her age, my guess is SSJ training was only next on the list.
