Thanks guys! as always I should have known not even think about listening to ''Youtubers'' it's bad for your health
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Fair guess, soulnova, but I'm pretty sure I have it, that it's based off of this Vegeta face:

And now a popular "Goku" twitter account is getting in on spreading the misinformation as well.

I've said this before, but I continue to be amused at the extremely unimaginative and derivative nature of these fan rumors, compared to all the batshit crazy stuff that's actually been confirmed. Oh, Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta? Super Saiyan 4 Goku again, but kinda sorta different? *Yawn*. Meanwhile in the real news we've got the Oracle Fish, Pilaf and co. turned into children, and one of the villains buying sushi from a Fuji TV announcer. You really couldn't make this up (well OK, Toriyama and Watanabe did, but you know what I mean).

I think I might start a rumor just to see if it pans out.
Super Saiyan... uh... Tarble! No, SSJ3 Tarble!

The victim of violent head trauma as an infant [...] he's a simple bumpkin with a fair share of brain damage who's natural talents to work out what's wrong compensate for his broad lack of common sense. But he's also a fighter, through and through [...] he fight until he has, in no uncertain terms, beaten his enemy on terms they can both acknowledge. He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

I'd photoshop something, but I'm afraid people would actually believe it. What a sad reality.penguintruth wrote:I think I might start a rumor just to see if it pans out.

It will be funny to see their disappointment when they see that movie and none of the stuff they believed happens

I'm so anxious for that list-of-Birusu's-powers to be translated from the chozenshuu. @_@
I hope there's some really fun and crazy stuff in that list.

Oh wow, the new interview and the info bits on the new guide seem really interesting!!
I totally love it!
Check out Journey's End, a short story of Goku and Vegeta's final days. "Time is running out for the last two Saiyans"

Just read the new Toriyama interview, Birusu is based off his pet cat! XD
That is fantastic.
What kind of havoc did this cat cause in real life to inspire this? XD

Possible mild spoilers below? Maybe? ...
According to the Chōzenshū, "The Kaiōshin possess the power of “creation”" so I guess that means we won't see a single god of creation because all Kaioshin are apparently gods of creation. Supreme kai himself may not be physically strong like Goku and the bunch, which is why he was known to have great power in the Buu saga but apparently unable to stop Majin Buu... but his power does seem vast with the ability to create life, planets and stars. A different kind of grand power.
The book also seems to hint that Freeza was an agent of Birusu.
Also, he awakens after 39 years. So isn't that about how long ago it was that planet vegeta was destroyed at this point in the series? Meaning maybe he saw Freeza's handywork and just let him continue on doing his job?
I found all that information rather fascinating. This is why I love Toriyama so much, he knows how to be creative, more so then all those fans out there who ask for SSJ3 *insert saiyan name here* to appear or fusion of *insert two characters here*.

Possibly, not directly knowing it, but maybe he just lets Freeza do the dirty work aware of the fact that he is going to destroy a planet. Perhaps he rather enjoyed letting Freeza do his work for him and now he is just upset that his best "agent" has been destroyed by Goku so now he has to actually do something. I mean cats are lazy lol.the God of Destruction destroys [them], but he does not act on Kaiōshin’s orders; he destroys according to his own individual judgment. Except, he is capricious, so he will destroy even an important world without a second thought, or when he finds it bothersome, let someone else act as an agent of destruction.

Shouldn't he be looking to fight Trunks? I mean sure Goku beat Feeza in hand to hand combat, also shattered his pride but he didn't kill him. Just something I been thinking about lol

Also it's interesting how the Oracle Fish predicted that a strong warrior, presumably Goku, would appear 39 years later, even though Goku should normally die from a heart virus before that amount of time. Apparently the Oracle Fish's prophetic visions account even for time traveling modifications.That_Saiya-Jin_Guy wrote:Shouldn't he be looking to fight Trunks? I still kind of feel like Oraclefish may have made up her prediction to distract Birusu at the time, I could be wrong though.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2013 Movie Thread: "Battle of Gods
Birusu isn't looking for the guy who killed Freeza, he is looking for the "chosen one" that the Oracle Fish talked about.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Haha. I was writing a wall of text until I realized just how fucked up the time travel in DB is. I'll just go with your explanation.Marco Polo wrote: Also it's interesting how the Oracle Fish predicted that a strong warrior, presumably Goku, would appear 39 years later, even though Goku should normally die from a heart virus before that amount of time.
