Least favorite character huh..
Well Every character has some good traits, and kind of grow on you..
But still for the sake of it..

1- kid Gohan, whiny, god so whiny..
To think he would become my favorite character later on

Do you mean Saiyan and Freeza saga Gohan or Cell games Gohan ? Because besides his introduction, Kid Gohan isn't all the whiny. Now Cell games Gohan is whiny as fuck.

My least favorites are:
Roshi
Goku Super from the anime. I like how he's portrayed in the manga.

I don't find his antics funny at all, he was especially irritating in the beginning of the manga. I prefer him when he is a considerate martial arts teacher. I suppose I could add Oolong and Old Kai to the list for the same reasons but their appearances are usually rare to bother me.

Honestly, I'd have to agree with this. Dragon Ball's humor rarely entertains me and never makes me laugh. The dirty humor that's included is no exception. Kamesennin's stuff moreso bores me rather than come off as humorous.

I don't know, maybe I'm not getting it? I've always felt this way since I discovered the franchise when I was younger, so it can't be anything I've grown or outgrown. Especially since it's only been about five years since that point.

Yeah it always surprises me when people call Gohan whiny or cowardly. Besides for his introduction (lol a 4 yea r old kid facing danger for the first time) he only was cowardly once in the saiyan saga fight. Even then, he was the reason why krillin and him came back to help Goku. He also isn't whiny outside of his introduction and cell saga like you said . I really don't agree with his cell saga character because it's so inconsistent with him as a person but that's another discussion.

Nearly every character (villain, hero, "civilian") that has ever come out from the video games, OVA's, comics(?), and movies since the Original Manga's run between 1984-1995 and the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z anime starting from 1986-1996. I would also include Jaco the Galactic Patrolman in this list.

I never really got the whiny complaint either. Considering all the horrific circumstances, and he's freaking 4, he did amazingly. Not to mention, again, he's 4. 3, if you wanna go with the original week print from the chapter that he was introduced.

All of that screamin' and cryin', it may have worked in the Cell saga, but I think he should've left most of that behind. And that HAIR! I still can't get over that HAIR COLOR!

I'm sorry but I can't agree with this at all! Who cares how old he is? He's had basically everyone around him die. Grown men are allowed to cry and scream even in real life where they haven't lived as traumatic experience as Future Trunks.

Sure, it was okay for him to cry when his mom and Mai(at first) got killed, but after that, he should've controlled his emotions. Especially during his fights. After all these years, he still acted the same.

I am sure you have such moments yourselves..
I just mentioned him because I had to pick some one.. no other reason..

And For the record I meant Gohan from Saiyan saga, even more specifically, Gohan vs nappa.. even though he was 4 is a reason, it still wasn't a very pleasing sight to watch..
Finishing, I would actually like to know why gohan's cell games character is not correct, pm me if this thread is not accurate

I never found Roshi to be funny, but I can think of a few moments in the early DB episodes that make me laugh. I have a tendency to laugh at stupid shit though, like stuff that wasn't even intended to be a joke.

Goku is the only character I really dispise. I dislike him more than naruto. Kinda wish this idiot died in the otherworld after the Cell saga. But merch needs selling and cows need milking
