They don't for the most part. They (usually quite meticulously) use sound effects and OST that are similar to what was originally used. Sometimes they'll even grab the actual OST/sfx, if they're available online. Regard the legality of how these types of dubs are able to go onto the airwaves in the first place, I've never been able to find anything on Albania specifically, but I'd guess that it's a lack of copyright enforcement. That's how Iranian dubs are allowed to be produced. Also, Albania is not an EU member, and therefore not subject to its copyright laws (that probably is a big factor).
Castilian Spanish = “th” sounds, vosotros, direct tone, European vocabulary.
Mexican Spanish = softer pronunciation, no vosotros, more diminutives, polite tone, many Nahuatl words, and stronger U.S. influence.
