On 4chan, you (usually) have no way of knowing what number your post will get. "Doubles" etc. refer to the final digits in the post number repeating a number.
So he/she managed to predict getting singles, doubles, triples and quads separately, which is pretty insane.

Just really awesome artwork. Looks like it is done by Maeda Minoru? My favourite art style. Just totally amazing. It is so life like unlike some of the newer stuff we get.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

That's Satou Masaki. Though it looks great at first glance, the more you closely look at it, the more it looks weird. Lunch is too tall, Krillin's upper arm is too big, Kamesen'nin is awfully short, and there's something wrong with Bulma's pose.
