I worry your satire won't be appreciated at this point right now...
You think I'm joking? I'm writing many letters to Toei telling them about this awful mistake. I just can't concentrate knowing King Kai is such an off shade of blue.
Freeza Heika wrote:
I completely agree. I think he's supposed to be a little less perrywinkle and a little more robin's-egg blue.
Now you see I think the Dragonbox has him as a cambridge blue when a powder blue is the correct color we see on all of the original cels. I just hope whoever made this mistake was fired immediately.
Aro started to laugh. “Ha, ha, ha,” he chuckled.- Actual quote from Twilight

Is it wrong that I chose Modern Warfare 2 over the Dragon Box? I feel like I've done something sacrilegious.

I just spent all night playing it and it's pretty damn awesome! Now that it's 6:00 am, it's time to get some sleep! You've seen DBZ already, right?

Don't feel bad! I'm buying Raging Blast today instead of the Dragon Box, even though people have been ragging on the game since the demo came out. I'll probably pick the DBox up soon though, it's not going anywhere.
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

I really don't want to sound like a broken record, but can we get a comparison between the JP and US Dboxes please?

I agree, I don't think I've seen any comparisons to the Japanese DBox yet.

I don't know what all of you are talking about because the Remastered sets have the best colors and they were untouched, so those are accurate. Followed by the single releases FUNimation had because the proper colors were extracted from there. The Dragon Box is weird......
I think I just found the tagline from FUNimation's next Dragon Ball Z release, when they release the definitive to the definitive to the definitive release of the series.

Target emailed me this morning. My Dragonbox that was supposed to be delivered by Friday or Saturday won't be coming until next weekend.

I saw it at Best Buy today, but it would have cost me $20 more to buy it from them, so I'll just wait. I did grab a copy of
Up while I was there, so I have something to watch while I wait.

Uhhhhhm...wasn't a whole part of the controversy surrounding the remastered sets that the colors HAD been altered?
Like the sky during the Goku vs. Vegeta bout?

I was always told to count my blessings

. The fact the DBox
is getting released in my opinion is well worth all of those rereleases.

You mean like a local bestbuy or online?

Local Best Buy (near Harrisburg, PA). They had it for $69.99, but my order from Target, tax, shipping, and all, came to $53.62, so with tax at Best Buy, I'd have been looking at $74.19. I like DBZ and everything, but I just can't justify getting a product a week early for $20 more, at least not in this case.

*heads striaght to Best Buy*
BTW, I know this may not be the topic or place but if anyone wants to get rid of ANY OF THEIR SEASON SETS please let me know.

You know... I didn't see it before, but you're right. This is an atrocity committed against not only us fans but against sweet, little, 6lb 8oz baby Jesus. Kaio was his favorite character!
I'm going to catch a plane down to Texas and burn a cross on Funimation's lawn.

So Amazon charges for shipping for items over $25?

I guess I read the free shipping thing incorrectly. I thought if it was over that price the shipping was free.

Does this mean the cheapest place to order the DBox from would be Target?
On hiatus.

If you read the full thing posted, they upgraded to expedited shipping, AND they are international (although expedited may be the only option for ordering from Amazon.com, I know it is from Amazon Japan to import to the USA.)

No, Amazon does have free shipping. They are just paying $20 for the fast international shipping.
