EDIT:
Alright, for those that are late to the party, I'm gonna compile as much info here as I can taken from both my encounters with the set as well as others throughout this thread.
Regions 1 and 4
Japanese audio is at 96kb/s which is not bad. REPEAT NOT BAD FOR MONO AUDIO
Dragon Book is almost a complete translation of pages from the original Dragon Book with proper name romanizations such as Kuririn, Freeza, Yamucha, Genki-dama, Kienzan, etc. Only instances of dub-terms are one "World Tournament" otherwise always written as "Tenkaichi Tournament" and one "Vegeta Saga" otherwise written as "Saiyan Saga."
No extras on the discs.
Static menus with sound (Ginyu Tokusentai theme, apparently)
No Dragon History/Story/Marathon Mode (Probably really want you to not skip over the next episode previews)
When audio is set to English dub from menu, the next episode previews are skipped. When set in the menu at Japanese, then using one's remote to change to English, the next episode previews will play, but you'll probably want to turn on the subs for that.
CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA is kept as the opening in the English dub, but insert songs have been cut, replaced with silence.
New font for subtitles
English dub credits play during a silent credit role at the end of each disc, but the credits are not for those episodes, nor are they accurate (Video Post and Transfer still listed as a credit 0.o)
No trailer or listing for next Dragon Box, but there is a quote from NYAF saying they plan to release them every 60-90 days, but closer to 60.

And now for some screen caps.

and some more caps from Page 24...

And some more from Page 25 of the thread...

There you are everyone!!!
The picture is breathtaking and orgasmic when viewed in motion. More to update later. I gotta take the significant other out to dinner in exchange for putting up with my hyperactivity today. I think you all know why...
