Who cares. Nothing beats internet.
If I waited for BOG to release in my country to see it, I wouldn't have seen it yet.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

I believe that was Oonishi Ryou.
Like it was already said those cuts were by Hayashi Yuuki. Hayashi has been active lately with Dragon Ball, so it shall be interesting to see if he works on the upcoming episodes in a bigger capacity. I'd love to see him be an animation supervisor or future character designer for the series.

As much as they should definitely be protecting and keeping tabs on their product, unless Toei allows for some kind of legal distribution here in the near-future, it's not going to really stop fansubbers.

Get with the times, Toei. Streaming is the future of anime in the global market.
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

And what did they expect? I've said many times before the show, that I will watch it by any legal means, but if they aren't streaming it, I won't be their corporate hostage and watch the show by any other means :)
Their loss, I hope they will choke on it. Western companies at least do their business with a fans in mind (of course, they are doing it for the money they will get from them but you feel important and that they are doing it for you,
so you will gladly throw your money into the cash bin to get it), but when it goes to Japanese companies,
it is always more of the money thing and I don't know, if they ever did something fan-servicey mostly with Dragon Ball. Expensive as hell complete series, half-assed video games, not a complete soundtracks...
At least they are more granty with their toy and figure releases.

Hey guys I know this has been discussed to death but I was just hoping to get this cleared up for me. When does battle of Gods and Revival Of F take place(try not to give too many spoilers for ROF please.) Since Super takes place right after the Majin Boo saga will we eventually get a fast forward to the moment Goku and Uub fly off and go train? I really would like to see him show up in Super.
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Buu is defeated in Age 774. The JSAT special takes place in Age 776. Battle of Gods takes place in Age 778. Revival of "F" takes place in Age 779. The end of the manga takes place in Age 784.

Super is said to start six months after the defeat of Majin Buu. Many people are expressing confusion and dissatisfaction with this information for various reasons.

Okay awesome! Thanks so much! I was getting a little confused on how things were working. :)

Oh wow, that's the scene where Beerus meets Champa.

I hope that's not fake.

It's just an article somewhat explaining the different types of magazines (Weekly Jump, V-Jump, Saikyo Jump, etc.) and where you can purchase them online.

While an early summary for the series said that, episode 1 itself says Super starts "some time after the wish to make mankind forget about Boo was made". That wish is what happened 6 months after Boo's defeat, not Super's start.

I'm sure someone with higher kanji skills will get to it. I still need the pronunciations to be able to get it, and the pronunciations are tiny and fuzzy due to the resolution.

You're right, it's been debated to death, but basically the 2008 (Tarble) special takes place 2 years after the defeat of Kid Buu, BoG takes place 2 years after that and Fukkatsu no F takes place 1 year after that, which means 5 years WOULD have gone by between Kid Buu's defeat and the resurrection of Freeza. However, and this is the part that's it's really been debated to death, it's almost sure - we've been going back and forth on this every day for over a month - that at least the Beerus-dedicated episodes in DBSuper are presenting almost the same exact events we saw in BoG although at a different timing, and the same could apply to Fukkatsu no F, rendering the events depicted in the movie "non-canon", as in, they didn't actually "happen"; what DOES happen is what we get to see in DBSuper, regardless of how and when it does and regardless of the changes/similarities between the events in the series and those of the movie(s). Also, until further notice, the last 3 episodes of DBZ (last Tenkaichi Budokai and introduction of Uub) happen 5 years after Fukkatsu no F WOULD have happened, and 10 years after the defeat of Kid Buu, but that's another issue we've been debating to death (the possibility of changing or even going as far as erasing the events of the last 3 episodes of DBZ, ten years later in the storyline, from the timeline/history).

Nothing new: Goku challenges Beerus, despite Kaio warning him not to. Beerus is searching for clues about Super Saiyan God, and when he hears Goku knows nothing about it, he heads to Earth to ask Vegeta. No mention of Champa or anything else not seen in BoG.

Thought so. That image there displaying half of the picture we had seen weeks ago depicting the encounter between Beerus and Champa doesn't mean that they'll be meeting in episode 5 already.

So it seems TOEI did just animate that scene for the preview then, how disappointing. On the bright side I guess BoG isn't going to be drastically changed then.

Not really. If they showed it like that in the preview, its because that's how it gonna roll.
Beerus is definitely talking with Champa in that shot.

It wouldn't make sense for Beerus to beat Goku, return home, and then go to Earth though.

It's possible that it's Champa having a flashback, though.
