This isn't really a question that I expect any concrete answer to (I'm content to wait for the summary, and I pretty much know the answer anyway), but I wonder if there's any romance in this movie. There are several couples hanging out at Bulma's party, so I was just curious if there's any little moments between any of them (holding hands, a hug, a peck on the cheek?). The answer to this is most likely no, since this is Toriyama and Toei catering to an audience of young boys we're talking about. But I can dream, can't I? I'm betting that the most romantic moment is Vegeta losing his shit to defend his woman's honor (it certainly isn't Gohan getting his pregnant wife shot )

If what Gohan does isn't romance, then I don't know what romance is.

Joking aside, I'm betting you're right and that's the only instance of romance - though it'd be really, really sweet to see Gohan at least hug Videl after he hears that she's pregnant. I'm with you in wanting SOMETHING here, just give us SOMETHING Toei.

And I still call it that Vegeta's reaction to Bulma getting hit, is how Bra is conceived, when she makes it up to him later.

I've still got about 50 pages of this topic to catch up on, but thought I should post this.

I just hope this gets dubbed, maybe with a theatrical release. Would be amazing to see in theaters.

It's like having that song play while Goku and Tenshinhan are falling from the sky at the end of the 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai, and then Goku gets hit by the truck and loses two seconds after the song ends.

That's true. It did cause Beers to use up the rest of his power. I feel like most of the ssjg-related plot (from Shenlong's explanation, to how the form looks, to the hand-holding circle that's needed to initiate it and the discussion on who gets the power-up) is something I'll only get the full impact of while watching the film.

*Decides she's also going to be calling him "Beers" now*. I do like that name-pun.

I dunno, I like this big group drawing. I'm cool with the "everyone is slimmer now" thing Toriyama's art has going on. (I bet it's easier to draw too).
