It says something about a QR Code for Bills in Heroes: Ultimate Mission for 3DS. I want to know where it will be and how to get it.

We already know how. It's included with the regular Dragon Ball Heroes card and the Dragon Ballpen + case that you get when you go to see the movie in theaters.

Maybe SSG is supposed to look weak on purpose, why else would they make Goku thinner? Bills also has an ironically thin and malnourished design, maybe its a theme with godlike power.

I don't remember where, but I recall an interview when Toriyama said that he made his strongest characters like Kid Boo and final form Freeza look small and/or slim on purpose. Maybe SSJG was just following his tendency. However, the fact that it was explicitly noted how slimmer Goku got is kinda strange. Then again, it's not the first time we've seen characters discuss transformation appearances. ("Don't worry, he won't change much!" - Vegeta to Gohan and Krillin about Freeza)

Agreed. With just the blue shirt on top it'd look much better. The orange and raspberry colors are clashing and making me cringe a bit. At least when his fire aura is up it's less noticeable.

I read the same thing. That seems way too similar to Goku doing the same thing for Boo when he unveiled Super Saiyan 3 for the first time, I think.

So I'm not imagining things. When I read it I thought it sounded to much like what he did for Boo too.

I doubt it but if there really are 12 gods of destruction and Bils is the weakest, then thats fucking scary as hell, cool but still scary.

You know, I bet if this film is successful, we may see a new era of Dragon Ball...an era "effort" is put into products, new stories are made and less of this shit.

I as much as any one else would love that but remember, Toriyama wrote or at least tried to write the ending of DBZ in way to sort of trick us into believing that the story would continue. Even though we ended up getting GT anyway, I guess its fifty fifty, the vibe I get from BoG is that it ends in sort of a cliff hanger type of way in that theres room for a continuation but it can also be left as it is.

12 Gods?! Will make for one Hell of a gauntlet if we get a sequel. I wonder if it was intentional (Twelve Olympians, Twelve Gods of Destruction).

A listing of the anime series in Chouzenshuu vol.2 says "AND MORE?!" after BoG.

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered but is it, at any point during the film, explained convicingly why it's Goku that's receiving SSJG powers and not another Saiyajin? I imagine some (winks at Vegeta) may have issues with that

It's just that they chose Goku this time. At the end, Vegeta says that he will be SSJG next time.

Do the other Z-Fighters(Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, ETC) get any fights or good scenes?

Sadly, they don't. Everyone gets knocked out with single attack. Especially Yamcha does almost nothing in the movie.

Oh come on, seriously? Is Yamcha literally blacklisted from getting to do anything? This is getting silly at this point...guess it would take more edits than I had hoped to make an epic Yamcha/Bubsy fight.

Still, that aside, I'm pumped for the movie. I really can't wait for Funi to dub this badboy and sell me a bilingual DVD/Blu Ray of it. Sadly though, several of my friends have decided that SSJG being lame to them ruins the movie for them entirely and have no interest...this saddens me. Half the fun of movies like these are shooting the proverbial shit with friends after a viewing.

I hope if there are sequels, they might lead us to after Z. Plenty of material to cover there.

I'm not too invested in strength/power portrayals, but two major things that irk me about SSJG:

1) Goku's hair barely seems to change. Not a lot of screenshots available of course, but I think they could have come up with something more varied.
2) It honestly doesn't look like a more powerful form than SSJ3. Isn't an unwritten shounen rule that the next stage of a power-up should be more exciting? I'm really fond of the fire-esque aura, though. That is new.

I wonder how slimmed down they made him for the form. If he's more sleek and less bulky than usual, that could help it in looking like SSJ3's senior.
