I think these are better descriped as "creepy" or "gorey" than "disgusting"

The akwwardky psuedo-sexual things the young Cell forms do with their tails have always skeeved me out.

And Krillian getting gored for five minutes straight, though that could also be refered to primarily as gorey moreso than disgusting.

I think Freeza licking Krillins blood off his face after stabbing right through him and shaking him. Although this is more gory, It was pretty disgusting to see him lick it up.

The manga was more graphics, so I gotta go with Cell stomping #16's head and Gohan's massacre of the Cell Jr. from the manga.

Oho, I can't believe I also forgot Gohan wizzing on Kuririn's head in DBZ movie 1 until Kuririn decides to look up...which he then gets a mouth full.

Somewhat the same with Trunks eventually letting loose on Broli when he can't hold it in anymore in DBZ movie 10.
