This is during the Mahora Martial Arts Tournament Arc.

I thought it was pretty cool, since the manga has been so heavily influenced by DBZ as of late.

That's pretty cool.

I see the Goku and Piccolo obviously. I also see the Mr. Buu and Tenshinhan. Also, on the right it looks like Satan, but it's hard to tell from the scan.

At first, I thought that was Super Buu to their right:

But with that guy behind them obviously being Majin Buu, I guess it's not.

This is a really cool find! This could definitely turn into an anime version of "Where's Waldo?". On a side note, either Goku is too tall or Piccolo is too short. Regardless, they have never been so close in height before.
