What do you think would have been the best ending point?

Looking back on the series as whole, where do you feel would have been the best place for it to end?

Personally, even though I like most of the stuff that came after it, I think the best place for the series to end would have been with Goku winning the 23rd tournament. I think that ending would give the story a very complete feeling, rather than it just becoming a series of unconnected events, any one of which could have been the ending without it affecting the story much.

The actual feels as resolute as it probably could, especially with, and mainly because of, the few extra pages with Uub and Kintoun. But with the Goku's victory at the tournament as an ending, it would actually feel like the entire preceding story had been leading up to it.

The end of the Cell Games. That was an absolutely perfect ending and would have been even better if they ended the series at that note.

I also agree with this, the Buu Arc was nice, but it felt like they were just stretching the series at that point.

Never been a fan of ending it after Freeza with Goku dead. Seems really ill-fitting. Him dead after the Cell saga was okay, because it was a better death to end on, but I still wouldn't have liked it to end there. Gohan's performance at the Cell games doesn't really inspire much confidence in him, so ending with him being Earth's main hope at that stage would have been a bit odd.

I actually liked where DB ended. The story is so great at every point that I can't imagine Dragonball without a part of it.

DragonBall's not a Greek tragedy. Namek's a bit too dark an ending.

While I'd have preffered the Boo arc ending with Gohan still the main character the current ending is good enough.

I do think the ending of the Cell games would have been a fitting very poetic "passing of the torch" ending.
