I have seen these on ebay. I just do not know what they really are. When you buy a box of 7 do you get all 7? I am guessing they come with the dragonballs. How is the quality? None of the auctions on ebay really go into detail. Do they come together or do you need to build them. Any info anyone has would be great, since I really like how they make toys for certain events that happened in the series. Thanks again.
Edit: In case there are called something else other than Megahouse here is a link to some on ebay.

I would assume that if they're showing all seven figures, considering the price, you would most likely get all seven of them. These figures each come packaged inside a plastic Dragonball (I don't have this particular set, but I have purchased similarly packaged sets before). Each figure also should come with a piece of an eighth figure, which you can put together with the pieces from the other figures (that's the Gotenks with Kamikaze Ghosts shown there). The quality is pretty standard for these types of figures (as in, pretty detailed considering their size, though not as much so as larger sized action figures).
Also....I know that the seller being based in Hong Kong doesn't automatically make it a bootleg, but be aware that they often are (though the bootleg knockoffs usually would be much cheaper than the auction shown).

I advise not to buy from anyone in Hong Kong even if they have good ratings. I bought some of the BranPresto High Spec figures(the ones you can find in the crane game) from someone in Hong Kong. The quality was horrible. Super Saiyan Vegeta, Trunks, and Goku have light green hair instead of yellow. Normal Black Hair Goku head fell off. Normal Goku and Super Saiyan Goku's hands are dark brown. They honestly all look like they won't last long.
I know two of the same toys aren't exact, but I have another set of these figures(except Trunks) and there is a difference between them and the Hong Kong set.

Well I've bought a few cheap models from HK as well as my Nintendo DS and they were all fine. The DS even shipped with a US-style and British-style plug. That said, the chance of being ripped off in some way is higher than if you bought from North America or Europe - it's just that it's still a pretty low chance. Some people just unfortunately get unlucky, though.
If I was going to be cautious of anything with that guy (I've found myself looking at his items on ebay before) it would be how his photos are always really shit. You can't see the items properly and they seem to just be stock photos; it seems suspicious and/or cheap that he doesn't have proper photos he's actually taken himself of the products he sells. I guess you could always ask him for better pics or something and see what he says.
