If there was ever a Dragonball video game that deserved a soundtrack (and didn't get one) it's this. Brilliant music, from bouncy techno beats to hard-shredding guitar.
Question:
Has anybody come across a full rip of this game yet? No, not that shitty rip with a few of the story mode BGMs, I'm talking fight music, character select, the Mania Mode BGMs ("God Goku" etc).

There was a topic awhile ago that had a bunch of soundtrack rips for games that never had an official music release. Supersonic Warriors 2's soundtrack is there, but I don't know if it has all of the tracks you're looking for.

It did not!
