Did Son sleep only once on his way to Namek?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Did Son sleep only once on his way to Namek?

Dang, the title sort of says it all. Anyway, from the time he began working out at 20G, we only see Son sleep after he's mastered 100G. That's five days of continuous physical activity, am I right? O.o

The Senzu's might have kept him going. He must have felt bloated though. They fill you up for 10 days, and he ate 3 in 5 days.

Saiyans have an extremely high metabolism; at the rate, Kakarrot was going he would have burned all that off in no time and in need of a refill.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

He fell asleep for an unknown amount of time after mastering 50 G's. It's shown at the end of volume 22/6.

It might not have shown him sleeping. Would you rather watch him sleep or work out high gravity?

We see him sleep twice in the manga.

I'm specifically asking as to whether or not I was right or wrong. My wording may have been less than ideal, but never would I suggest I'd rather him as slept more than the lives of his friends and family were at stake.

Bulma, Krillin and Gohan are never seen sleeping the whole time on Namek - they were there for at least a week or so. Probably just the "cameras" weren't rolling at the times they were asleep... I think could be the case with Kakkarot only seen sleeping once on the way to Namek.

We saw Bulma wake up at least once, when Gohan and Kuririn were "image training" on the ship. I'm guessing Goku did sleep, it's ridiculous to think you wouldn't sleep for a week, even with Senzu, he'd be simply exhausted by the time he got to Namek.

Agreed, and I totally forgot about the "image training" scene.

Wait, the anime actually took out something like that?

Goku's not one to miss out on sleep time. He'd just as soon pass up a meal.
