Music in Harukanaru Densetsu?

Do you know somebody whoc composed music to Harukanaru Densetsu? It sounds a lot similar as music in Bukuu Tougeki on Game Boy Advance. But in the same time, there are lot of reused elements from previous game music and TV show composed by Kenji Yamamoto..... I can rip the similar parts if you want

There is even part of one track which is lot like Action Radar from The Prodigy

Yeah he does, but not much for handheld consoles and I don't know about early NES games.....
