Well, the katakana spelling is just ゲーム/"game", but there's the whole issue of there not really being a plural in Japanese (when the dragonballs are referred to, for instance, they're always just called ドラゴンボール/"dragonball", no matter the number). In English, some (most?) people use "Cell Games", I guess because "Cell Game" sounds a little odd, maybe because we're used to hearing of the Olympic Games and other similiarly named events.

Actually I forgot it read manga style. I read the line as "This is Madness?" "The Cell Game!"
