Attacks you'd like to see

Post by Pitzu » Sat Nov 14, 2009 3:10 am

With Raging Blast having the ability to give each form of a character four separate super attacks, the possibilities for a lot of new attacks open up.

Like the one in Round 2 of Vegeta vs Zarbon, starting at the 2 minute mark
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFp55Ku7wUU

Vegeta dodges an attack, lays on the ground and grabs dirt, throws it in the eyes of Zarbon and punches him in the back.
One could make it a quick time attack and have it continue on to the Ki Barrage, but I don't know how that would work.

Goku's feet-powered-kamehameha from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai. :3
On hiatus.

It could be like those charge attacks like Bardock's "I'll never forgive you!" or Gohan's "Leave my Daddy Alone!"

That'd be friggin' awesome.

I'd honestly like to see Piccolo's (forgive me if I spell this wrong) choubakuretsumaha from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. And when you use it at the Tenkaichi Budokai stage, I want the stage to blow up.

It would be cool if Tenshinhan could use the Kamehameha. If a RB sequel had customizable ultimates, SSJ Goku's Spirit Bomb from movie 7 would also be a nice addition.

It was already featured in Budokai 3, though he uses the Ki for a Dragon fist.

I'd love to see Chibi-Goku's Mad Dog attack from the 21st Budokai!

If Dimps and/or Spike put that in a game they'd win the Sawy Box!( Which happens to be a box with a midget in it holding a sign that says " Sawy, No Prize!")

Piccolo's Antenna beam

Vegeta's Kienzan

A rush for Tenshinhan where he splits into four Ten's and then proceeds to beat the opponent, throw them into the air, and finish the attack with all four Tens blasting the opponent with the eye beam attack he used on Goku in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai

I'm not entirely sure what it would involve or what it would be based on but a rush for Kuririn would be nice.

From Movie 2-Goku, Kuririn, Kamesennin team Kamehameha ala Raging Blast team attacks would be very appreciated. Another involving Goku, Kuririn, and Yamcha would be wonderful as well. Heck while I'm at it why not have one more involving all four fighters? An attack with the combined efforts of master and pupils with the master leading the attack (NOT Goku).

Piccolo should have an attack where he turns you into an hourglass and beats the crap out of you. How much damage the hourglass took plus how long you were in hourglass form is averaged, and that is subtracted from your HP.

Of course, since that's kind of cheap, the attack should be pretty hard to pull off; inaccurate, etc.

The problem is that'd be an instant kill, unless... if it were like in budokai 3's specials where there was some sort of competition (I could never ever ever figure that out) - an ultimate gamble. If you lose the competition, you lose.

That'd be great, actually.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Correction: It hasn't been used in a good game. Roshi could use it in Dragonball Evolution.

I'm pretty sure it's also in Saiya-jin Raishu / Attack of the Saiyans, since I have some item to equip that makes it stronger...

EDIT: Yeah. What Kendamu says. You use it really early on :P.

I think Piccolo already has that move. In BT3, it's a Blast 1 move named "Kaikosen" and in Raging Blast, it's "Paralyze Beam".

On the topic, it would be nice to have Vegeta's fierce barrage of attacks on Reacoom before finishing him off with that Final Flash-esque blast. For Tenshinhan, if people want him to have more moves in the series available to him like the Kamehameha and Four Bodies Technique, then they should just split him into two different characters, like they did with Goku (Early, Mid & End) & Vegeta (Scouter, Normal & Second Form).

I know some people will disagree with me here, saying it's better to have just one Goku from Z rather than 3 of the same, but the thing is, it'll be much more accurate.
1. The Super Saiyan hair design changes through time. Meaning it would be more accurate to have different versions of characters.
2. More space for alternate costumes. To prevent people complaining about not having the Badman shirt or Yardrat costume, split the characters so everyone's happy! :P
3. Movesets. Say, you had one SSJ Goku. If you have the Angry Kamehameha as an Ultimate, it'll make it seem like this is just the Freeza Saga version of SSJ Goku. If you had the Instant Transmission Kamehameha as an Ultimate, it'll make it seem like this is just the Cell Saga version. It's good to be able to play as the exact incarnations as characters because it allows more space to develop the characters' individual movesets, alternate costumes and design.

A way you could do is have it like the Wild Sense--a counterattack. When a character goes to attack you, it activates Vegeta's move (I'm gonna name it "Cheap Shot" :D ), which you had set beforehand or were required to perform the command at just the right moment. It could do the whole "dodge-grab dirt--toss--punch" and follow up to the ki blast barrage.

Really? I've never paid enough attention to where exactly that move comes from I suppose. Or maybe I just forgot. Either way, wish fulfilled. :D

If there is a RB2 AND Cooler is in it; he needs the move where he jumps in Gokus kamehameha and comes thru it and punches him.

With all the odd new moves and delflects we have, hes more than able to have it.

Well Final Explosion was just like that if you won it was an instant kill if you lost it was suicide.
