Yamcha vs Vegeta?!

Is this the normal ending to the Yamcha Dragon World (1st time through)?

I've heard elsewhere it was Tien yet imagine my suprise to see the Prince standing in front of me

and eventually in SSJ2 form no less in the ring

Alright he nicked Yamcha's woman but that's no excuse for suicide!!

Won after my Spirit Ball (full power) did about 20 total damage and just went for the ring out. 31,000 exp though so not too bad

So back to my original statement? Is this the normal ending?

As far as I know. :/ I don't really get what's up with the whole Tien thing.

And, for the record, I always won by knocking Vegeta out of the ring.

You fight Vegeta if you've wandered around enough on the Dragon Universe "globe" and ran into all the other characters (all cracking jokes about Yamcha losing Bulma to Vegeta). Yamcha gets very upset, and comes to the conclusion that only one person could be spreading such rumors... ^_~.

If you just go straight for the goal each time, you end up fighting Tenshinhan in the finals, instead. Dimps seems to have this friendly-rivalry thing going between Yamcha and Tenshinhan.

That's weird, whenever I play through Yamcha's DU story, I always fight Goku in the tournament.

Huh. I've played through at least three times, and haven't gotten Goku. Yamcha's wondered if Goku's going to enter, but it's either Tenshinhan or Vegeta, depending on my effort.

Well let's face it, it would take about 30 minutes the other way, assuming Vegeta in SSJ2 form doesn't get mad and Final Flash you or something

I've always fought against Vegeta but i tried again this morning and went straight to the Budokai so i fought Tenshinhan. But in the French version, once Yamcha's story is over, the narrator says that Yamcha thinks about challenging Goku and Vegeta. We all know that you can fight Vegeta but there may be a way to fight Goku since they mention it in the game...

Actually, to get to fight Vegeta you only need to make two stops in Yamcha's DU. During the Android Saga you need to talk to Chi-Chi, and then go to Kame House. That's all it takes, you can ignore the rest of them.

I beat Vegeta once by ring-out, the next three times I just beat him senseless. ^_^

I don't know about this fighting Goku thing though... this is the first I've heard about it for Yamcha. Though I have heard Tien's got an alternate final opponent for his DU. Can't remember who though...

I'd like to know about that, i've always had the same ending for Tenshinhan.

I have to try this now.

My boyfriend just went through Yamcha's DU quickly so we could have everyone's done, but I'd love to see these losing Bulma to Vegeta comments. I love the little things they put in to Budokai 3, like if you visit Bulma as Vegeta during the Saiyan Saga. Cute little 'foreshadowing' to their relationship. XD

It's also nice they implemented Lunch in the various Dragon Worlds. The one with Vegeta cracked me up.
