CDJapan and Amazon Japan are out of stock. Where can I buy them?

We don't lock threads just because something's been answered. There's a good chance there might be an additional clarification or question.

For those interested, many of the songs can actually be found on the North American iTunes Store. It's not the same as a physical CD purchase, but they're there.
