Does anyone have any idea what this is? I mean, I knew that Dragon Ball had cameo appearances in a wide variety of things in Japan, but snowboarding? Are Son Goku, Piccolo and Frieza entering the Winter Olympics?? (I might actually watch them then )

It's a picture of a weird skinnier than normal SS Goku [maybe ss2]. He's got all white eyes, he looks like he's screaming and powering up, and he's got aura and dust swirling around him. It kind of makes him look like a maniac because it's an 'original' picture, and not just an edited screenshot.

I've been searching on Deviantart but with no luck.
