The last Namek saga episode does not match the begining of the Ginyu saga episode . Is this a mistake or just how there going to deal with number changes in the new dub?

I'd say it's either a mistake, or they've changed their mind from doin the 1a, 1b, 1c... etc... numbering they were planning on doing.

That's very obviously a mistake. The Ginyu episodes definitely don't start anywhere near episode 20 in English or Japanese. And the Ginyu force wasn't around for an entire 36 episodes either. It'd probably piss off a whole hell of a lot of people if it was (no offense to you Ginyu fans).
