Anime Labs?

Post by Big Momma » Sat Apr 24, 2010 6:28 pm

Sorry if this is against the rules. If it is, then just lock the thread please.

But, for pure nostalgia's sake, does anyone know where I can watch the old Anime Lab fansubs of the series?

I think if someone could post a few clips or something, that would be fine. But no full episodes or movies.

I do think they subbed some GT, but I think you're thinking of super5.com

You mean you want to watch episodes illegally, you candy-ass faggot?!
New to the forum? Just want to know when you'll hit your next posting rank? Ever wondered why some users have special titles, and what they mean? The answers to all these questions and more are waiting for you in the Kanzenshuu Member Hierarchy Guide!!

They're looking out for you!

But seriously...

I don't think anyone would have these uploaded when there are such better quality bootlegs available. Would be neat to see again. There's always this though...

Takes balls to come to Earth half dead in a tin suit. ;)

Anyways, yeah, Anime Labs would be hilarious to laugh at now, much like the Big Green dub is - in much of the same way.

I really wish that was the original FUNimation's attempt to make DBZ more "Hardcore".

You can probably still find Animelabs subbed videos if you search through DC++. They are probably shared by some 10-year old. You know, those fans who still claim that the Japanese DBZ has more cussing and lots of sex in it.

Are there any "good" examples other than what's already in the site?

I still have the Anime Labs GT special saved somewhere in a .rm container. Not the best quality of bootlegs, but it made do when we were only on the Cell arc over here.

I remember a friend telling me how Vegeta yells "Don't f**k with me!" at Cell when he's toying with him after becoming perfect, and being but a child I did believe the Japanese version was relatively more "hardcore".

Lol sure, but the quality is awful lol. Sweet Real Media format...

rmazzara@escape.com is all over this....if that's significant? lol

Different e-mails are on the others, but they all have that dark yellow subtitle text.
