Reckon you could give us international users a screenshot? Not even proxy's work :/.

Oh, wow! You beat me to it by about a minute! Haha!
I was just gonna post it in another thread, though.
I like how they were able to make Goku's Kamehameha and the Kai logo go in front of the embedded video. Overall, this isn't really anything we haven't seen already. Just the trailer and a release date. It'll be nice once they start adding more stuff to the site to make it more like Toei's Kai site in terms of content.

Damn there are a whole lot of Gokus on that screen.
All that seems to be there for now is the basic trailer we first saw in the center surrounded by a lot of big text and Gokus and links to their store for purchasing.

"FASTER, BIGGER, STRONGER".
More like "FASTER, SHORTER, OKAY."
Or maybe "HARDER, BETTER, FASTER, STRONGER", if you want to go the Daft Punk route.

Gee, penguintruth, this seems to be the first I've heard of you not being a big fan of Kai. I mean, it's not like you make a statement like this (sometimes more than once) in seemingly every Kai thread you post in.penguintruth wrote:"FASTER, BIGGER, STRONGER".

I actually rather enjoy Kai, I just don't think it's an "improvement" from Z, except in speed.Kendamu wrote:Gee, penguintruth, this seems to be the first I've heard of you not being a big fan of Kai. Bigger - No its a lot shorter
Stronger - What
Faster - Yes
Bigger - Yes (If you get it on Blu-Ray, it's at a Bigger Resolution)
Stronger - Yes (The English dub cast and their script writing team are much stronger this time around)
The way I see it XD

When is that interview with Sean and Chris going to be posted?
Sean told us to look out for it on FUNi's website and said he'd post links, but that was a couple days ago.

Does anyone else besides me think the covers look too plain? That is a TON of unused space around Goku.
Serious question though: Can someone explain the difference in the DVD and BR releases? Like will the boxes and all that look the same and just different discs or.....?
I've got EVERYTHING Funi has put out on DVD and not sure I'm ready to switch over to Bluray if there isn't a difference.

Re: FUNimation's "DragonBall Z Kai" Website Goes Live
I also think there's too much white space and too much of the same Goku image.
Instead of showing the dvd and blu-ray cases that feature the exact same artwork as the image to the right of the videoclip, why not just mention that it's going to be available on dvd and blu-ray somewhere instead?

I know they are going with the cases Japan is using, but even the Z singles had some background to them.
For this first 'Part 1' release, how many discs come with the dvd, and the bluray?

Two discs each. One will have six episodes and the other seven.LeprikanGT wrote:I know they are going with the cases Japan is using, but even the Z singles had some background to them.
