Dragonball Z AMV - Piccolo Remembrance

Hello fellow forum members. This is my first post, so try to go easy on me

I am 22 years old now, but back about 5 years ago, I made tons of DBZ AMV's. I am not proud to say that most of them involved Linkin Park music and my main goal at the time was to match the music with the battle scenes. These type of videos are fun to watch, but can be easily forgettable. The very last AMV I ever made will be the one that I post here today. I went for a more emotional feel to the video, but I hope it can do for you what it does for me watching it 5 years later.

Small Description: I just finished watching the first season of DBZ at the time, and I was really impressed with Piccolo's change of heart. I tried to show his change from villain to hero. The only other thing I want to mention in this description is the music. The music is made by my uncle, so it is definitely music none of you have ever heard before.


I have been a guest on this forum for over a year now and I respect the opinions of the members. I would like to hear any comments, good or bad.

Now, I'm no AMV expert, but I liked this. I thought how you timed the drum beats to the hits was pretty interesting. Plus, it's just genuinly rare to see a Dragon Ball AMV that has little to do with fighting and instead harps on more of the friendship aspects of the series. For that, I like it. Just the way that the music faded at the end with Piccolo's death seemed so perfect. The piece you chose was a really great one. If you have any other AMVs like this, be sure to post them.

Thanks for your comment. I am very glad you liked it. Unfortunately, I do not have anymore AMV's like this one... This was the very last AMV I ever made. I remember having some other ideas with more music made by my uncle since I liked how his music went with DBZ. I actually told my uncle that his music might have been good as an alternative to Bruce Faulconer. Maybe I can try making another one over the summer if I get time.
