Largest Attack/Defense Percentage in B3?

Well, so far after some mucking about with capsules, i think i have "built" a character even more powerful than SSJ 4 Gogeta..

Equip Goku with Kaoiken, SS 1-4 and Z Sword and i think it was the potential capsule, and you should get his attack rating to 199%..

Mind you, he has no moves when using these caps, so whether he is actually "stronger" in battle is open to speculation..

Something to try with other characters i guess

I tried it with Chibi Goku, using some recommendations, ending up till 175% Attack or maybe more. They were Juice!, Going All-Out and Full Moon Glow, along all 3 of his moves and an extra capsule to use. I end up being victorious most of the time.

Try swapping Potential with Saiyan Spirit. Or just taking out SSJ4 Goku... and putting a kamehameha in there

. Should still have about 170% Power, which is stronger then gogeta, i believe.

Nah SSJ4 Gogeta is 180% I think, although If you Hyper Mode him I'm not sure what wierd stuff happens

....oh and the potential Instakill that is 100x Big Bang kamehameha
