CDJapan (I actually canceled something) First time

Post by Daimo-Rukiri » Mon May 31, 2010 12:58 am

I've never canceled anything I've ordered with them before so this is new to me.
I was already charged but I canceled the items, the items never shipped(so I'm kinda curious here) but since there on Public Holiday until Thursday would I see my refund than or will it just be sometime this week?

I canceled as I had to pay a quick bill and I'm like $30 short so I'm kinda worried here.

Really have no idea. We're not exactly customer support for them, so I'd suggest reading through their "Help" section, which states:
CDJapan's Help Section wrote:Cancelling Items
You can cancel items online from your open order if the order status is "Order Received" by clicking on "Cancel items" in Customer Account. To cancel the order itself, select all items. Once the order has been processed, items cannot be cancelled online, except for delayed items estimated to take additional 3-4 weeks to come in. To cancel items from orders that have already been processed, please contact us by e-mail (info@cdjapan.co.jp). Please make sure to write your order number and the catalog number of items you'd like to cancel. Also, for security reasons, please make sure that the email address is associated with your customer account.

Following changes cannot be made online, but as long as the order has not entered the shipping process, we will make the change on our side. When contacting us, please make sure to write your order number and the catalog number of items you'd like to cancel. Also, for security reasons, please make sure that the email address is associated with your customer account.
