What's Your Favorite Dragon Ball Kai Insert Song?

Kai's had way more insert songs than I'd ever think were nessecary, but I think the only two I've actually heard are "Over the Stars" and "Take the Stage!! Ginyu Tokusentai!!" But why is this a top 3 when there are only 5 songs so far? Either way, I'd have to say "Over the Stars" is my favorite, mostly because of the scene where it was used. It just felt like the perfect time to use that song.

"Take The Stage! Ginyu Special Squadron" all the way. I haven't heard the song by itself, but it rocks so much in Anime.

In terms of translating the song, I have to say I quite loved "Making Their Entrance!! The Ginyuu Special Squadron". I learnt loads of their lines that way.
In terms of song alone, I think my favourite was... Hmm... It's a toss up between "Merely a Freezing Elegy" and "Saiyan Blood". I like "Freezing Elegy" for the way it was used in its first episode, with just the choral point (which I think should have been the whole song, myself, but as it was, it grew on me after a while). But for a song on its own, I'd say "Saiyan Blood". It's fun hearing Ryou Horikawa singing, particularly in character, as I've heard him in other songs just as himself and he has quite the voice. I need to get the "Ghost Sweeper Mikami" song CDs, if only to see if he did any songs as Yokoshima. Still, you can just get Mikami and Yokoshima and play "Love's Puzzling Puzzles / Koi no Nazonazo" with them.

Taking into consideration that Saiyan Blood is the best thing to come from Kai, I'd habe to say that.

Love, love, LOVE the chorus on that song, but I guess I'm going with "Super Dragon Soul'. I think it comes close to capturing the spirit of a Kageyama DBZ song.Bura wrote:Definitely 'Only a Chilling Elegy'.
