Props to WebFoot ("Buu's Fury")
Got Buu's Fury for X-Mas. Totally enjoyed LoG2, so the wanting the third was a no-brainer. I've gotta say, the people there are as totally obsessed with the show and in-jokes as the folks at Dimps are, and just express it in a slightly different way.
There's going to be some gameplay/story spoilers, so if you haven't played the game yet and/or simply don't want it spoiled... stop reading.
HFIL JOKES:
OMG I'm nearly at a loss of words, here. They obviously have to incorporate the dub use of Hell into the game, but god dammit, they did such a great job. The one townsperson that cracks the joke about the town "going to HFIL" is just sooooo late-90's fandom that I can't help but laugh my ass off. Enough time has passed that it's actually funny again, especially when included in an official product like this.
MR. SATAN GETS SHOT:
Christ, this is actually more graphic in the game! In the house at point-blank range?!? Hoooooly crap.
MOVIE STORYLINES:
If you're going to try and incorporate movie storylines into the actual ("canon," if you will) storyline, this is the way to do it. Collecting the DBs and happening upon the village with the two kids was absolutely flawless, ending up battling Broli. Setting up Paikuhan's story to eventually end up down in Hell battling Janenba was also great. They were able to take actual events and movie events and just intertwine them so perfectly for their own deeds that I can't help but be mucho impressed.
RANDOM HENCHMEN:
Vampires and mummies from DB movie 2? Genius. Zombies from DBZ movie 12? Funny as shit. Theives that look like they're from Uub's village? Makes perfect sense (poor, need cash, turn to life of crime...?).
So I'm up to just defeating Janenba and Super Buu just formed and flew off. I'm sure I'll come across some other phenomenal stuff in the game. My hat is certainly off to WebFoot for this one.

My boyfriend and I rented this not too long ago (well, like November). He played it and got bored of it not too far into it, but I think it's just not his kind of game. ^^; I watched him play and did a bit, and thought it was really cutely done. I liked all the little details, and the dialogue, and everything. I'll have to re-rent it myself sometime, perhaps. I wanna play the first two now. My little brother owned the first Legacy of Goku game, but lost it. Shame. I'd take it from him now; he's giving me a lot of his games he's tired of and that would've been one of them. ><

Legacy of Goku must be incredibly complex if that's only a snippet from a site about Light Beer. Many breweries add enzymes -- usually derived from fungi -- to aid in breaking down unfermentable dextrins that would normally be left in the finished beer. Tweaking mashing techniques, fermenting at high temperatures, and aiming for high original gravities (a measure of sugar in solution) are other methods often applied, in conjunction. To boot, the vast majority of mega-breweries also add adjuncts like rice and corn in their beers (cheaper than malt and produce highly fermentable yields). For instance Budweiser is said to have 30% rice in it.

I bought it when I was in the States a couple of weeks ago. It's a great game but it's way too easy. I finished it in 10 hours, that was a little bit disappointing. But it's still well worth buying, I loved the way they inserted the movies inside the anime's plot.
The résistance dies but never gives up.

By the way, is there anywhere to get Buu's Fury for cheap? Everywhere I go it still seems to be an "A-List" 30 dollar title.

Lots of love in this game; but as always I found it way too short, and filled with tons of very uneccesary items. Why would I pay a billion zenie for a piece of armor, when I'll be getting a hundred of them later on from fallen enemies? I also found SSJ3 to be generally useless (but still cool to look at)
Webfoot put in another joke at the dubs expense; try using the scouter on any of the "Zombie" enemies. When HFIL is full, the dead will walk the Earth.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. It's exactly how it happened in the anime as well. O.oVegettoEX wrote:MR. SATAN GETS SHOT:

Really? My memory sucks, then. I thought he got shot shortly after they healed the dog.
Still crazy in a kid's game

Blah to Buu's Fury. Legacy of Goku 2 was more fun.
All of the (important) playable characters are Saiyans. The skills are even more useless than before. (Doing hundreds of HP in damage was okay in LoG2, but in Buu's Fury, it's negligible, given most of the enemies have several thousand HP.) Not only that, but a few of them come out of nowhere or are totally useless. They lost the charged attacks, threw in an annoying map system, and made the game progression a bit more linear with the chapter system. The fact that battle is still as easy as crap is also rather depressing.
What's good? The music, the graphics, the HFIL lines (cute DotD ref), fusions (though they're still rather useless), blocking, and the multiplayer bit. Will never use multiplayer, but it's a nice idea.

You can TECHNICALLY play as a billion more people than in Legacy of Goku 2 that are non-Saiyan due to the multiplayer battle mode. Of course, playing versus with that kind of game seems kinda dull. But hey...technicality!
And didn't Legacy of Goku 2 only let you play as Piccolo and Satan as far as non-saiyans go? Considering that one of them is a secret character, I don't think that's too much of a loss (as much as I love Piccolo.)

I have the game and love it. My ONLY complaint is the character level gates. I am at a gate with goku where he needs to be lvl 150 and I am only at lvl 117.
I don't really see why most of you think it is so easy(maybe I am just crap?).
