I'm not too sure about the voices for the Ginyu Special Squadron yet, but the song definitely works as it is. Considering nothing more than the "Tokusentai! Tokusentai!" bit appears in Kai, it works as it is, as it feels like a nice, playful parody of the Power Rangers English songs. Like, of course, "Go! Go! Power Rangers!" repeated as it was. And of course, since the Special Squadron is a parody of Super Special Squadron (Super Sentai) series, that totally works.

I would've preferred them to sing "Gi'nyu Force, go!". It sounds more Power Rangery.

I irrationally hate Chris Sabat's singing voice, especially there. I just find it cringe-worthy, yet I can't explain why. Oh well, the song certainly fit the mood.

I almost like "Ginyu Force Rules" a little better, it sounds like Ginyu wrote it himself which conjures up a funny image of him sitting in a chair by a little desk wracking his brain trying to find good lyrics.

I think Jheese finally get rid of that Australian accent. Burter voice is to light.

Jheese is almost indistinguishable from Guldo in this clip. I hope that's only because they were both yelling.

Nope, in the new episode the accent is still there, & Ginyu almost sounds like they went back to Dale Kelly (AKA Monster Truck Announcer).

Well, I actually can't quite recognize the accent because it's only a few lines.

How do we know that it's Mr. Sabat singing? Was anything announced on the matter?

If you've heard the song he sings for Shin Chan, you can totally tell it's him.

It's actually sang in-character in the Japanese version of the full song.

Jeice was Sabat before I believe so I doubt his voice would change much.

Yeah, but it's not Sabat anymore. The only member of the Ginyu force he voices is Recoome now.

I was specifically hoping they would not say those exact words for that same reason.

But why? It's acknowledging the parody. After all, it's what the song, the original, is doing, having a tongue-in-cheek parody of the Super Sentai series. I mean, after all, some of the themes from the original Super Special Squadron series (now there's sibilance)... Well, "Skyscraper Kids". That's all.

Like Ashy-kun said, that's the whole point of the songs existence.
