I really would like to see a new special, especially if they could keep the same level of quality Budoukai 2 and 3's openings had.
The Cost of a Special
The Cost of a Special
If Toei were to make a 20th Anniversary special (afterall they made a 10th Anniversary one) how much would it cost them?

On hiatus.
They could afford it, that's for sure...
I doubt they'll do it, though. You can't just keep stringing things along forever. DB may be relatively newer to us, but it's 20 freakin' years old in Japan. The 10th anniversary special was enough (and not very good anyways), I don't think we need to see another retelling of Goku stealing Bulma's panties...
But then agian, you never know...

One the forum of the website I write for (DBnet-fr), we had a debate about that last year. I thought that they could make a "people's choice" movie.
By that I mean that they could create polls where people can choose fights that they would want to see but never happened (like Gotenks vs Gogeta for example), and once the polls are closed they could make a movie with the fights that got the most votes.

The résistance dies but never gives up.

HEY! Path to Power was a GREAT MOVIE! *Drops a safe on DBW*
Anyway, I don't think we'll see another movie until the 25th aniversary. What I'd LOVE to see is a series of movies over the next 5 years that would continue off the Path to Power movie. The first would be the Piccolo stuff, the second would be the Saiya-jins, third would be Freeza, fourth would be Androids, and fifth would be Buu.

<Kaboom> I'm just glad that he now sounds more like Invader Zim than Rita Repulsa
<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.
